Event 14 $500 Freezout NLH: The Final Three Make a Deal, Ryan Slowik Takes the Trophy and $7,000

The pace of play picked up rapidly at the final table and the players fell fast. Just three remained and they began to discuss a deal before the break.

The stacks were counted down and it didn't take long for them to come to an adjusted payout agreement.

Ryan Slowik who was holding the chip lead will take first place earning $7,000 and his first Foxwoods World Poker finals trophy.

The players will battle it out into the late night hours and we will be crowning our newest Foxwoods Poker Champion.

Ryan Slowik got his stack of 201,000 all in pre-flop holding A♠️K♠️ against the A♥️A♦️ of his opponent.

The dealer fanned the K♥️Q♠️5♠️ flop and it was a monster flop for Slowik who picked up the nut flush draw to go along with his top pair.

The 9♦️ turn was no help to Slowik but the 4♠️ hit the river improving Slowik to the nut flush to crack his opponents aces and vault to the top of the chip counts.

Just as the cards were being dealt Soukha Kachittavong looked down at his stack from the big blind. "I'm going to have 55,500 right after this hand he said.

Tarun Gulati raised to 7,500 from middle position and it folded to Kachittavong. "I'm all in for 25,500" he announced and Gulati snap called.

Event 15 of the Foxwoods World Poker Finals is the $300 Limit O.E. Re-Entry. There were 65 total entries creating a prize pool of $16,093.

The final nine players will all make the money and be guaranteed a minimum of $563 for their efforts.

Tarun Gulati and Rafael Polanco were heads up on the A♥️9♥️8♣️ flop and Polanco checked. Gulati bet 6,000 into a main pot of about 15,000 and Polanco check-raised all in for about 40,000. 

Gulati quickly called putting Polanco at risk and the hands were shown.

The turn brought the 5♠️ and the 2♥️ hit the river giving Gulati a flush to earn him the knockout.

Sean Lee raised to 3,200 from the hijack and the player in the big blind called. They went heads up to the A♥️Q♣️10♣️ flop and the big blind checked.

Lee tossed out a bet of 3,100 and his opponent quickly called. Both players checked the 10♥️ turn card and the 10♦️ completed the board.

The big blind fired out a bet of 8,000 and Lee snap called. "King high" said the player in the big blind and Lee turned over his A♣️J♣️ for tens full of aces to take the pot.
