The money bubble just burst in Event #16, and the remaining players are all guaranteed at least $845.

The remaining players are currently in the midst of Level 17 (2,000/4,000 blinds with a 500 ante).  They will play through Level 21 tonight before bagging up.  Any players remaining will return tomorrow at 1:00 pm to play down to a winner.

Chris Leong and Eugene Roemischer have decided to take a 60 minute dinner break. They will return to play Level 28, with 25,000/50,000 blinds, and a 5,000 ante.

The player who accumulates the most overall points in the twelve gold ring tournaments at Foxwoods Casino earns the title of Casino Champion, and receives an automatic entry into the $1 million 2017 WSOP Global Casino Championship. The winner of the Foxwoods Main Event earns an automatic entry to the Global Casino Championship as well. All players who cash in ring events will receive points that apply to both the Casino Champion race and the season-long race to claim one of the 50 at-large Global Casino Championship bids awarded to the top point earners throughout the season.
