$500 NLHE Deep Stack Evening Update

There are now only 57 players remaining in the $500 NLHE Deep Stack event. The blinds are currently 1,000-2,000 with a 300 ante.

Ryan Eriquezzo looks to be one of the chip leaders with around 230,000 with the chip average only at about 78,000.

We had a total of 98 players in the $400 7-Card Stud High-Low event.

Dinner Break in the $500 Deep Stack Event

The players in the $500 NLHE Deep Stack event are now on their dinner break.

When play resumes, the blinds will be increased to 600-1,200 with a 200 ante.

Four-Way Deal in the $400 Deep Stack



Sherwin Agard, Marc Vincent, Greg Roberts and Keith Kessmann decided on a four-way chop and each player took home $18,475.

They ran one hand at the end of play and Sherwin Agard got the trophy with Marc Vincent taking the leather jacket.

Diane Ellis was all in holding [Ah][6h] against the [As][Ks] of Greg Roberts. The board ran out [Ac][Jc][9c][7h][2c] and Ellis was eliminated in 5th place for $7,510.

David Fallon Eliminated in 6th Place ($6,030)


David Fallon

David Fallon raised to 200,000 before the flop and Greg Roberts made the call. The flop came out [Ah][Jc][8d] and Roberts bet out 240,000, enough to put Fallon all-in.

Fallon made the call and turned over [Ac][As] for top set and Roberts was caught trying to push him out of the pot with [Kc][Tc].

However, the [Qd] fell on the turn, giving Roberts the straight and the lead. The [Th] on the river did not improve Fallon's hand and he was eliminated in 6th place for $6,030.

$400 Stud High-Low Event Underway!

Cards are in the air for the $400 7-Stud High-Low event.

Registration is still open but they are already over 90 players registered for the event.

After Sherwin Agard raised to 200,000, Vincent Rosarbo moved all in for a total of 195,000. Greg Roberts called from the big blind and they checked down a board of [As][8d][5c][Kh][7d].

Roberts turned over [Ac][4c] for pair of aces and Agard tossed his hand in the muck. Rosarbo flipped up [Qs][8s] for a pair of eights and was eliminated in 7th place for $4,903.

Paul Raimondi Wins the $600 NLHE Event ($35,988)


Paul Raimondi

Paul Raimondi is the winner of the $600 No-Limit Hold 'em event at the 2011 Foxwoods Poker Classic. He takes home the trophy, leather jacket and first place prize money of $35,988!

Ryan Mott Eliminated in 2nd Place ($23,939)


Ryan Mott

On a flop of [Js][3h][2s], Ryan Mott and Paul Raimondi got all the chips in the middle. Mott held [Jc][7s] for top pair but Raimondi turned over [Jh][Th] for top pair wit a better kicker. The turn was the [Kh] and the river came the [6d].

Raimondi's kicker played to win the pot. Mott was eliminated in 2nd place for $23,939.

Mark Bramley Eliminated in 3rd Place ($18,136)

Mark Bramley raised to 125,000 before the flop and Paul Raimondi raised to 500,000. Bramley moved all in and Raimondi called. They turned over:
