The dealer fanned the K♦️10♥️3♠️ flop and Carroll paired his king in the window to take the lead. The turn 4♠️ and river 7♥️ sealed the deal for Carroll to earn him the knockout.

The lengthy Event 3 money bubble has finally burst and the remaining 15 players are now all in the money and guaranteed at least $848.

Event 2 of the Foxwoods Mega Stack Challenge was the $300 Big Stack NLH $20,000 Guaranteed.

There was another massive turnout as 241 entries more than tripled the guarantee and created a prize pool of over $60,000.

When the dust settled Carlos Matos was the last man standing taking home $11,492 and the Foxwoods Mega Stack Challenge trophy after a heads up deal.

That tournament wrapped up in the late night hours and Matos is right back at it here in Event 3. He was among the first wave of player to take their seats and he wasted no time putting his starting stack to work.

Matos has already more than doubled his starting stack and he's now one of the biggest stacks win the field with 80,000 as we approach the first break of the day.

Event 4: $300 Pot Limit Omaha High Only (Re-Entry) Gets Underway at 12 PM

Event 4 of the Foxwoods Mega Stack Challenge is the $300 Pot Limit Omaha High Only with Re-Entries.

Play will begin at 12 P.M. in the upstairs tournament area and players will start with 15,000 in non-value tournament chips. Tournament registration and re-entry will remain open until the start of Level 9 (Approx. 4:30 PM).

Forfeiting of your stack to re-enter will be allowed during the level 8 break only. There will be 15 minute breaks after levels 4,8,16,20,24 and 28 with a one hour dinner break after Level 12 (Approx 6:30 PM.

Event 3: $400 NLH Freezeout (No Re-Entries) Kicks Off at 11 A.M.


Event 3 of the Foxwoods Mega Stack Challenge is the $400 NLH Freezout event with NO RE-ENTRIES. Play will begin at 11 A.M. in the upstairs tournament area and tournament registration will remain open until the start of Level 9 (Approx. 3:30 PM).

Players will start with 30,000 in non-value tournament chips and levels will last 30 minutes each. There will be 15 minute breaks after levels 4,8,12,19,23 and 27 with a one hour dinner break after Level 15 (Approx. 7:15 PM).

Ben Bianco raised to 300,000 from the button and Zach Stone called from the big blind. They went heads up to the A♥️8♥️3♠️ flop and Stone led out with a bet of 400,000.

Bianco called and the dealer burned and turned the A♦️. Stone fired out a bet of 500,000 and Bianco moved all in covering Stone who snap called for just under 4,000,000.

Bianco tabled A♣️Q♣️ and Stone was drawing dead holding 10♦️8♦️. The meaningless K♥️ hit the river and Stone was eliminated in 9th earning $10,241 for his efforts.

Bianco is now holding nearly half the chips in play with just 8 Event 1 players remaining.
