Event 7 $300 Double Stack NLH: The Final Five Make a Deal

Event 7 of the Foxwoods World Poker Finals was the $300 Double Stack NLH. There were 119 entries and when there were just five players remaining they began to discuss a deal.

The stacks were counted down and they quickly struck a deal and shook hands. Sean Lee who held the chip lead at the time will take first place earning $5,237 for his efforts.

They then agreed to run one hand for the Foxwoods World Poker Finals trophy and Brian Giragosian came out on top.

Three players saw a flop of A♣️8♠️3♣️ and it checked to Soukha Kachittavong who bet 50,000 into a main pot of about 80,000. Sean Lee called from the button and the big blind check-raised all in for 230,000.

Kachittavong called and with the action on Lee he re-shoved all in covering Kachittavong who called for about 400,000.

The final five players will all make the money and be guaranteed a minimum of $1,487 for their efforts.
