From middle position, Fred Paradis moved all in and action folded to the small blind, who called. The big blind folded, and that's where the confusion started. Apparently the small blind did not see the all in so he thought he was just calling the big blind. A floor was called, and it was confirmed that the small blind did indeed say call, so it was binding.
