The $2,700 No-Limit Hold 'em Foxwoods World Poker Finals Main Event kicks off at noon on Friday.

Players start with 30,000 in chips and all levels are one-hour in length.

Re-entries are available through the end of registration.   Registration will remain open until the end of Level 9 (the first level of play on Day 2).

Days 1 and 2 will will last eight levels while Day 3 will consist of eight levels or the final table, whichever comes first.

The Main Event features a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Dena Pearlman has done it again!

Pearlman just won the $400 No-Limit Hold 'em event for her second World Poker Finals victory within a week.

With six players remaining, Pearlman held nearly 3/4 of the chips in play.  The other five players agreed to give Pearlman first place money and chop the rest amongst themselves according to chip counts.

Players start with 20,000 in chips and the first 12 levels of play are 30 minutes in length. All levels after that are 40 minutes in length.

Registration and re-entries will remain available through the end of Level 8.

The chip leader at the end of Day 1B will earn a $1,000 bonus while the second highest chip stack will take home $500.

William Delsanto Wins the $400 Omaha Hi-Lo After a Heads-Up Chop with Tony Colella


Congratulations to William Delsanto, winner of the $400 Omaha Hi-Lo Event #10 at the Foxwoods World Poker Finals.

Delsanto and Tony Corella came to an agreement as heads-up play began with the two players chopping first and second place money and Delsanto officially winning the event.

Delsanto takes home $7,231 and the World Poker Finals trophy while Corella pockets $7,230 and the watch.
